Virgin's Blood Stew

Serves 6-8

This hearty, bright-red stew, fragrant with fresh Virgin's Blood, is ideal for a fall dinner. Delicious Virgin's Blood combines with potatoes and harvest vegetables to create a memorable meal sure to delight the whole family. Note: Be sure to use only extra-virgin oil to complement the pure, sin-free flavor of our Virgin's Blood.

Saute the onion and celery in the extra-virgin olive oil for 5 minutes or until softened. Meanwhile, heat the Virgin's Blood in a large stockpot or cauldron over medium-high heat. Don't worry if clots remain – they will add texture and chewiness to the stew. Stir in the tomato paste, potatoes, kidney beans, green beans, and onion-celery mix. Simmer over low heat for 60 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Adjust seasonings to taste. Serve with a pitcher of fresh Virgin's Blood to pour on top for extra flavor.

The Hernandez Family of Sarasota, Florida, writes:

Dear Infants-Blood.info,

We eat and drink Infant's Blood morning, noon, and night! For breakfast, lunch or dinner, as a snack, as a pick-me-up, as a nightcap, or just because!

We estimate we get 80% of our total caloric intake from blood. No wonder we're all in such great health! Flu shots? Not for us, we never get sick!

And we owe it all to blood!

Thanks, Infants-Blood.info!
